Raise a "Support Ticket":

You can raise a Support Ticket by clicking on the Support Icon that can be found at the top right of every page. Mouse over the icon and it will slide out showing "Support" then click on it to open the Support Ticket window.

Web Site "Log In" issues:

We have had to totally re-write our old web site as it was hacked and some of the data bases became corrupted. No peronal information was compromised, however, we felt it necessary to completely change the process. Unfortunately this means that anyone that previously logged in or registered on the old site will no longer be able to use their original log in details and will need to re-register. We are really sorry if this causes you any inconveneience, but we hope you will undertsand the need to make things as secure as possible!
